Cousins Shawn and Shane didn't set out to start a brand. They set out to make something. A little project. Something to do with their hands, share with the people they love, and maybe get a little buzzed in the process.

A few years back, Shawn had a fresh harvest of his Oklahoma wildflower honey and an idea — how about we make some homebrewed mead? Shane had some old equipment from a failed attempt at brewing beer that could get them started. Together they figured out the rest — fermenters, yeast, hydrometers, the whole deal — mostly by trial and error, with a healthy amount of tasting along the way.

Buzzin Cuzzins started as a hobby and stayed that way on purpose. We're not trying to scale. We're trying to make each batch better than the last, keep the labels looking good, and find more people who get it.

If you're reading this, you probably already do.
